MAX31855 K-Type Thermocouple Amplifier Module

Digital thermocouple interface module for reading a K-type thermocouple through an SPI-compatible connection. Suitable for temperature monitoring projects using Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and similar controllers.
